We produce medical devices that will be placed inside the body by precision casting method. We make certified CoCrMo investment casting in compliance with ASTM F75 standard. We pay a lot ot attention to the raw material we use. Conduct chemical characterization test and tensile test in every single lot.

We are casting Knee and Hip orthopedic implant components in our facility, which has ISO 13485:2016 Quality Management System for Medical Devices certificate.

Every piece produced in our facility is subjected to 100% visual control, and also undergoes radiographic inspection and liquid penetration testing.
